Here’s what you can expect from myGengo translators:

Our translators will normally flag jobs that appear to be too specialist for myGengo. You’ll receive an email letting you know that a translator has found a problem with your job, and an invitation to review the issue or provide more information to help.
Translators also flag jobs that appear to have an incorrect word count or have other problems that prevent translation.
All customers have the opportunity to review translations before approving them. If you are not happy, you can request corrections from the translator.
If there are severe problems with the job, you can reject it and either receive a full refund or pass the job to another translator, for free.

We notify customers when their translations are complete. At this point customers can review the translation and approve or reject it.
To be fair to our translators, we automatically accept their translations after 72 hours from this point if no feedback is received - so that they can be paid.We feel this strikes a fair balance.

Yes, we leverage translation memory to improve the efficiency and accuracy of translation, and can work with and modify existing files or create a new TMX file for your project. Talk to us about specific translation memory requirements.
Yes. Our only caveat is that you do not mis-represent the translation in contradiction with our Quality Policy, including not representing our Standard, Business or Ultra levels as medical, legal or other specialist translation services.
Huge capacity. myGengo is great for dealing with thousands of users ordering hundreds of different translations at different times of day and on different topics – so your users can order anything, any time.
Our API (leveraged by Embed) instantly notifies your system when a translation is finished or new comments are added. You can trigger an email or other notification for your user that will alert them. This leaves notifications under your control, increasing privacy and flexibility.
